Walkerview

This specific treadmill is coupled to the unique airwalk® system (unweighting up to 100kg) for training, diagnostic, and rehab to start with gait training and functional training at a very early stage after an injury. The goal is to bring the athlete‘s or patient‘s movements back to a normal rhythm or high performance - even if the joints are not fully loadable (with normal gravity) yet. Another important field of application is stability and fall prevention training. Therefore the airwalk® in combination with the robowalk® expander will facilitate a full body workout with a focus on core stabilization, stabilization of the lower extremities, and balance. The robowalk® expander allows concentric, eccentric, and lateral loads even for adductor and abductor muscles workout in all directions of the walk.

VO2 max

Tensiomyography (TMG) is a unique product and technique measuring method for detecting skeletal muscle contractile properties. It has already been adopted by major users from elite football clubs such as FC Barcelona to leading medical and research institutions. TMG provides selective information on contractile properties of the neuro-muscular system. The measuring method is fast and noninvasive. TMG signals are analyzed in order to determine the following parameters of muscles: Delay time, Contraction time, Sustain time, Relaxation time, and Maximum amplitude. Additionally, statistical analysis and the differences between antagonist pairs, synergistic pairs, and lateral pairs are calculated to provide an overview of balance or imbalanced body.

Isokinetic System

The SpeedCourt is a multifunctional training and measurement system for speed and agility. Cognitive skills (such as perception, decision-making, and spatial awareness) and motor skills (quickness, coordination, and reaction) can be asses and improved at the highest level. This sports floor field of 25m² with 12 sensor fields is embedded, connected, and steered by highly sophisticated software to provide profiles and also the weakness of the "real speed" components.

The BioniX Sim3 Pro is a new innovative and unique medical device for measuring the back and abdominal muscles. With a 3D measurement of functional movements (lateral flexion, Flexion/extension, and rotation) the device makes the correct diagnosis. The effectiveness of any rehabilitation or training program can be accurately monitored. The BioniX Sim3 Pro provides insight into the compensatory forces and supports both the constant force and the safe isokinetic evaluation methods.

The Walker View is a fully equipped Woodway treadmill with an embedded PC platform capable of simultaneously assessing both gait analysis and the movement of all parts of the body. The 47" monitor, positioned at the front of the Walker view system, is a digital mirror providing the client with powerful feedback on controlling and analyzing their posture when in movement. The Walker View is equipped with a sensitive load cell belt. This technology allows the assessment of stance during ambulation and, thanks to the software interface corrects dynamic parameters in real time. Once the test is finished, the system automatically prints the gait analysis.
